British Street Food finalists, Pig & Jacket, specialise in dishes made with high-quality free-range meat sourced from a family run farm in Laughton, East Sussex. But they're focus on locally-sourced ingredients doesn't stop at meat; rolls are supplied by an independent baker (Mamoosh) based in Newhaven, while many of the herbs and vegetables are grown on a Lewes-based allotment.

Classic Cheeseburger - £6
Sussex grass fed beef patty, topped with melted cheddar. Served with lettuce, pickled and Beak Brewery caramelised onions.
