A note from John Julien:

"We hope that you will be happy with our products and appreciate their hand crafted qualities.

It is important to note that our artisan production methods are devised to produce products with individual character.

It is a central part of our ethos that the human hand is evident in the final product and therefore no two items that we produce are ever absolutely identical.

As each piece is made by hand there will sometimes be some slight variation in colour, detail and size, but we see this as part of their individual character and charm."
