To celebrate the taproom reopening on Sundays, Hope Street will be with us from 2pm to play a live set. They play a mix of jazz, rock & roll, blues and country, with a dynamic interplay of voices and instruments: Lisa Guile, tenor sax and vocals; Michael Munday, vocals and guitar; Rebecca Askew, double bass and vocals; and Phil Naylor, drums.
Their influences are many and varied: Ry Cooder, Howlin' Wolf, The Band, the Staples Singers, Charles Lloyd, Bill Frisell and many more.
