PERCOLATE - BEAK X HARD LINES - 10% IMPERIAL STOUT - This Imperial Stout was brewed with our friends from Hard Lines Roastery in Cardiff. Built on a rich, full- bodied stout base, we steeped 30kg of whole bean coffee to draw out a soft, layered extraction. The washed Ethiopian beans bring clarity and lift, amplifying the stout’s caramel richness with delicate notes of peach and tangerine. Deep, smooth, and quietly vibrant.

A bright, aromatic cup bursting with lively fruit flavours. Juicy peach leads, lifted by the tart snap of tangerine, finishing with a smooth caramel sweetness. The Dumerso washing station, near Yirgacheffe, is run by sisters Hirut and Mahder Burhanu and plays a vital role in a community where over 90% of income comes from coffee. The coffee is first floated to clean it and remove lower-density beans, then pulped and fermented for 36–48 hours. It’s dried on raised beds for 10–15 days, with constant raking for even drying, and covered at night and during peak sun hours (12–3pm) to protect it from rain and heat.
