The southern hemisphere terroir transforms the usual resinous punch of this classic hop variety into something brighter, zingier and more tropical. Layered with Citra and Motueka, it bursts with flavours of ripe berries, apple blossom and cloudy lemonade.

POP-ART - 8% DIPA - Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Double IPA. Sells itself. Full of juicy mango, lychee, gooseberry and freshly cut grass.

SUSHI - 8% DIPA - Hand-selected Motueka is now a permanent fixture at Beak. To celebrate, we brewed this single hop DIPA. It’s an all-out juice bomb, brimming with intense flavours of lime mojito, lemon zest and tropical fruit candy.
