This Double IPA is one of a trio celebrating our freshly arrived hand-selected hops
from the USA. We choose our hops for the individual impact of each varietal but also how
they work in harmony together. Packed full of Idaho 7 and Idaho 7 Cryo, bringing sweet pineapple character, backed up by Citra and Mosaic. Big tropical notes of pineapple and mango dominate, with layers of citrus peel, stone fruit and a gentle resinous finish.
