LOCALS  - 6% IPA - An ode to regulars everywhere — including those frequenting our Lewes taproom — this pillowy soft IPA is a showcase of some of the most flavourful and intensely aromatic Nelson Sauvin we’ve ever encountered for flavours of lychee, Chenin Blanc, gooseberries and honeydew melon.

PARROTS  - 6.5% IPA - A juicy, foggy collision of oats, wheat and the freshest, most tutti frutti Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops we could find. We’re getting ripe mango, blackcurrant cordial and sun-drenched Victorian sweetshops.

SKYFUL - 6.5% IPA - An ultra-hazy IPA loaded with two of our favourite lesser-known New Zealand hop varieties. Delicate notes of orchard blossom and red berries from NZ Cascade are layered with Rakau’s soft apricot character, while Citra ties everything together with flavours of tangerine and sweet mango.
