Kabak have been serving up Middle Eastern food in and around Lewes for the last six years, using recipes and cooking techniques originating from Turkey, Syria, Lebanon and Egypt. Their speciality is the mezze consisting of lots of small dishes with widely varying flavours, colours and textures, all making up one feast of a meal.. This is precisely what you’ll be getting at Beak: choose your main option from the menu, and it’ll be served alongside an enticing range of accompaniments.

Beef Shawarma Mezze Box

Sussex beef marinated overnight in a spice rub, slow-roasted for six hours and pulled from the bone.
