From Farm to Bun

Jacob's Ladder burgers start with exceptional beef and lamb, sourced directly from their own farm and a handful of trusted local farms committed to organic, biodynamic, and regenerative practices. They keep things simple - the way good food should be - seasoning the meat only with salt and pepper before hand-forming each patty ourselves.

Each burger is served on a lightly toasted organic brioche bun and finished with a drizzle of olive oil. To top it off, they use raw milk cheeses from traditional producers - choose between the deep flavour of Montgomery cheddar or the bold, creamy notes of Stichelton blue.
