Beak Social Club - Beer Subscription FAQs

 

WILL I ALWAYS GET NEW BEERS AND WILL THERE BE REPEATS?

This depends  on how many beers are brewed and released each month. We will always aim to bring you our newest beers and the best value for your money. There may occasionally be repeats in boxes but we will try to keep this to no more than 3. The actual value of each month’s box will go up and down across the year, yet your payment stays the same because it all averages out.  

 

CAN I COLLECT MY BOX FROM THE BREWERY? 

Rather than having your monthly Beak Social Club box shipped to you at extra cost, you can choose to collect it from:

Unit 14 Cliffe Industrial Est, Lewes BN8 6JL.  

Please note, collection must be strictly within the following times: 

Between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday. 

or Friday between 9am and 10pm or Saturday between 12pm and 10pm

 

IF I FORGET TO PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION CAN I GET A REFUND? 

If you forget to cancel or pause your subscription we cannot give you a refund once the funds have left your account. 

 

HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY BOX FOR? 

We will notify you when your box is ready, and we ask that you please collect your box as soon as you can. However, we can hold boxes for one month. 

 

CAN I ADD OTHER WEB STORE ITEMS TO BE COLLECTED OR DELIVERED WITH MY BEAK SOCIAL CLUB BOX? 

I’m afraid as our team is so small we currently cannot accommodate this. 

 

CAN I CHOOSE WHICH BEERS I GET IN MY BOX? 

Our Beak Social Club boxes are carefully curated and contain the same beers for everyone - I’m afraid we are unable to offer a ‘customise’ option. 

 

WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE TAKEN?

Once you sign up, payment will be taken via direct debit on the first Wednesday of each month at 12am.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You can change your delivery information via your Account area or email: events@beakbrewery.com If you are changing your address you must let us know 24 hours before we dispatch your box (we dispatch the first Wednesday of the month). If you let us know after this time we cannot guarantee that the address will be changed. 

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD?

No, you can subscribe for as little or as long as you wish.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL?

You can cancel any time, either by your account section online or email events@beakbrewery.com.  If you cancel after the payment has left your account on the first Wednesday of the month you will receive that month’s box as your last Beak Social Club Box box. Once your payment has been processed, we cannot change anything.

 

CAN I SWAP OUT A BEER I KNOW I WON’T LIKE?

Every box is carefully curated to feature a range of beers to suit all tastes and we encourage you to try all our beers!  I’m afraid we cannot offer refunds or swap out single beers. We also cannot cater boxes to specific intolerances or allergies - this is something to bear in mind before subscribing. All our beers that contain allergens will be clearly listed in the ingredients on the can label.

 

CAN I COMBINE MY BEAK SOCIAL CLUB BOX BEERS WITH ANOTHER ORDER?

You cannot add extra beers or products from our web-shop into your Beak Social Club box.  Please make a separate order if you wish to purchase additional beers or products from the web-shop.

 

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY SUBSCRIPTION THIS MONTH?

If you didn’t receive your subscription when you should have, please check that your direct debit went through. We will always try to contact you if your payment doesn’t go through so it can be rectified as soon as possible. Any issues, please contact events@beakbrewery.com

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking, when your box is on its way. Your box should be shipped on the first Wednesday of the month and delivery should take 1 to 2 days.
