Fields is a limited edition trio of beers each showcasing a different hop variety from the latest Yakima Chief Hops harvest.

FIELDS #1 - 5% DDH PALE - The focus of this Double Dry-Hopped pale is a single lot of hand selected Citra, paired with an extraordinarily expressive batch of Mosaic. Expect aromas of bergamot and lemon verbena, followed by flavours reminiscent of OJ, tangerine and Seville marmalade.

FIELDS #2- 6.5% IPA - This India Pale Ale showcases a single lot of hand selected Mosaic. We’re getting blueberries and rose petals on the nose along with flavours of cassis, pine and summer strawberries.

FIELDS #3 - 8% DIPA - A super juicy Double India Pale Ale brewed with hand selected Idaho-7. It’s thick, yellow and bursting with flavours of pineapple, mango, pink grapefruit and apricot. It’s up there with the best DIPAs we’ve ever made.
