COSM - 6.5% IPA - Uchu Brewing in Hokuto, Japan, are making some of the best hop-forward beers in the world. This hazy India Pale Ale was brewed with founder, Masahiro Kusunose, using Strata CGX, Strata, Idaho 7, Nelson and Citra with additions during whirlpool, hop dip and mid-fermentation. We’re getting grapefruit, pot, dried orange, pineapple and lemon drops. Enjoy!

PANNA - 6% Pastry Sour - A thick, opulent and tart pastry sour saturated in raspberry, blueberry, vanilla and maple syrup. We’re getting flavours of panna cotta, berry sorbet and OTT breakfast pancake stacks, how about you?
