Earlier this year, Tate Modern invited us to brew a beer in celebration of its 25th anniversary. The result is this Double Dry-Hopped pale ale, dripping in Riwaka, Mosaic and Citra hops for flavours of tangerine, cassis, passionfruit and mango.
